I just had my tires replaced at the service department ! The service has always been excellent! Jesse and Brook are always friendly and listen to any problem I have. I love my KIA Seltos! I recommend their service to everyone.
Moved to Quincy 3yrs ago. Have my car serviced here and it s never a disappointment. If Jesse in Service dept says something it happens. Polite, respectful, professional always smiling. These people are Top Notch!! My son has a Dodge Ram, I suggested Jesse and his team when or if it requires maintenance. Their just the opposite of the type of car dealership I've dealt with in the past.
Our salesman, M Furgeson, was informative, caring, attentive, and above all efficient. My 86 year old mother in law came with us to pick up the car. Michael made sure she was taken care of while we attended to paperwork. He is definitely the best!!
They were courteous, informative, honest and quick. Explained everything so I could understand what was done.
The team gary and his wife was great. Will b back in the future
