Got the tire pressure fixed on my Honda CR-V. Great service. Didn't take very long
Need to replace my tires after 20k miles because they never rotated my tires. They did not fully reattach my skid plate causing it to hang forward and scrape the road. Did not clear my codes on my last visit. Stopped washing my car after service. I have little confidence that any of the service I've gone in for was performed unless visually obvious (one tire replaced after puncture). Maybe I was treated differently than other customers because I bought my vehicle from a different dealer but my experience has been horrible.
Good communication, an honest quote on both time and cost. Nice waiting area and friendly crew.
I paid $175 on 02/24/25 to be stressed out by this Honda dealership. Brought my van in for a leak in the passenger floor board. It was soaked and growing mold. I’ve had my 2020 Honda Odyssey less than 2 years at that. Certified pre-owned/extended warranty. Neither covered this issue go figure. I dealt with Andrew Boustani and Forrest Ege.
