Good customer service. Efficient troubleshooting and repair.
I went here for an alignment. Took my car to another shop back in Florida for an oil change to check breaks and look into sensors going off on my dash in regards to the tires. Honda shottenkirk told me I needed to come back and see a specialist to figure out why the sensors were going off. It took this shop in Florida 30 minutes to discover my speed sensor needed to be replaced. Also the alignment Honda shottenkirk charged me $145 for was never even done.

I always have a great experience and will not take my Honda anywhere else. Thanks to everyone there for being kind, transparent, honest and trustworthy. A special thank you today to Mr Derrick in the shuttle service. What an amazing person he is.
