Update: still a responsive and reliable service center! Terrific facility and friendly people! Appointments respected for drop off, and good communication throughout the service. Would rate ten stars if I could.
Been going for the last 2 years and have had 5 services done. Was easy to set up appointments. Free snacks, water and coffee on offer. They also have a shuttle service as well.
Took my Si in for the gas pump recall. Thought I'd be picking it up that evening but had to leave it overnight. This was disappointing because they dont offer loaner cars. They do offer a shuttle service within 25 miles of the station but since I live 35 miles from the station I had to find a ride home. They did offer to drive me and pick me up at a meet point at that 25 mile point tho.
