Wednesday, Feb. 11 I took my Honda CRV in to SHSC and told them about some issues I had been experiencing (with the radio not working, CD player not working, flashing lights on dash, anti-theft apparently turned off) and asked them to do an oil change and to check the BATTERY. obviously a zero star review. last july they told me i had valve cover gasket leak so i had them fix it. got the car back and it didnt drive right. took them a week to diagnose spark plugs after telling me nothing was wrong with the car. frustrated i went somewhere else and got spark plugs and the car has been driving fine. go in for an oil change at same place that fixed my spark plugs yesterday and the mechanic talks to me about a valve cover gasket leak. i explain the work honda did in july. he said point blank that its s... read more
Dropped my car off on Monday 9/29 for a leak on the drivers side floorboard. They called back the next day and couldn't find the leak but they bring in a third party leak specialist on Thursdays and they were confident that they would find the leak. The leak was found but they were unable to fix the leak as this was from a past installation of an aftermarket amp that I was unaware of prior to the purchase of the vehicle.
