Dropped my car off on Monday 9/29 for a leak on the drivers side floorboard. They called back the next day and couldn't find the leak but they bring in a third party leak specialist on Thursdays and they were confident that they would find the leak. The leak was found but they were unable to fix the leak as this was from a past installation of an aftermarket amp that I was unaware of prior to the purchase of the vehicle. Good customer service. Efficient troubleshooting and repair.
I went here for an alignment. Took my car to another shop back in Florida for an oil change to check breaks and look into sensors going off on my dash in regards to the tires. Honda shottenkirk told me I needed to come back and see a specialist to figure out why the sensors were going off. It took this shop in Florida 30 minutes to discover my speed sensor needed to be replaced. Also the alignment Honda shottenkirk charged me $145 for was never even done.
