We had an oil plug come loose and had to pull into the HWY 72 location suddenly. Even though we had never brought our Infinity there for service before, the service tech went and got the kind of oil we requested & a oil plug to fit our car b/c ours was lost. They were great!
they give you worry free warranty also on used cars.. best replacement and tire work.. it costs very less
