Service was great, I was told it would take about an hour. The service was less than 30 minutes. They are always courteous
I had a very disappointing experience at Shottenkirk Ford Granbury. They added over $10,000 in extended warranties without informing me or explaining anything, and I’ve been trying to cancel these warranties for more than two months. The finance representative, Michael Tunstall, does not return calls or emails and has shown no interest in resolving the issue. Be extremely careful with the finance department, as they were not transparent and the post‑sale service has been terrible.
Shottenkirk Ford is the absolute worst. I made an appointment to have my car serviced. The got my got at 9 am on Monday. They had it all day Monday-Thursday. I called on Tuesday and was told that they would know something by 3pm on Tuesday. As of Thursday, they had not even looked at my car. They sent me a text on Monday telling me that they would give me regular updates. I never got any updates, just a generic text saying that they will know something soon. No communication at all.
