Lexus of Roseville has not been meeting the standards of the ******************************* repair when it comes to repairs for service. I'm not able to provide it formal document but they are officially under investigation for the methods that they perform the billing. They have been a problem where they do not perform the service and overbill for items that are covered by Lexus under service bulitins. They are terrible go to a local mechanic and get your service there.
Visited Lexus Darcars of Englewood on 04/26/2025 to inquire about a Lexus RX350 Luxury trim. While I LOVE the Lexus brand, Rohrich is the ONLY local option that I feel "stuck" with. IMO, it's a toxic male environment. As a single, female professional, the men at ************ Rohrich from salesman, to finance manager to used car manager all made sexist, tasteless jokes that were unwarranted and unpleasant. Lexus makes beautiful vehicles and we as consumers spend a little extra to enjoy a great product. Unfortunately, dealerships like Lexus of Pembroke Pines has employees like the sales manager Frank Marcella that ruin the experience if there is a issue no matter who's right and who's wrong. On 3/5/25 Lexus of woodland hill posted a price on a RX 350L at $41,991. I reached out to the salesman ****** on 3/5/25, he texted me that he would sell it to me for $42,288 minus the $500 ****** discount, $41,788. ****** stated that he would be off on 3/6/25. I was overcharged $5,200 on a 3- year lease and it took three leases and 3 months to get it corrected. The dealership never explained their "mistakes," nor were they proactive in getting it corrected. There were numerous mistakes on the lease, including the year of the car, the residual value, the gross capitalized cost, and the downpayment. I went in to get a oil change in December I only got a car washed and sat there for 3 hours was not fair then they charged me, within two weeks later or so My car starts jumping making weird noises come to find out my oil is black is tar they never change my oil and then have the audacity to charge me
I agreed on a price with the salesman and ** at this dealership for a car. Booked a round trip ticket to go inspect it before purchase. They ran my credit and everything. I asked the salesman twice if he needed a deposit and said " no we are good its yours ". Salesman agreed to pick me up from *** and everything.
