Lexus 2024 NX 350h owner, needed body work on roof due to collision with garage door. As they do not do body work, they referred me to Voss Collision. Voss Collision has been my worst experience ever. They have had my car in hostage for 44 days (they said it would take 10 days) with no end in sight. They are well beyond my insurance's 30 day rental car allowance which is now coming out of my pocket. Voss's on-line reviews state this sort of problem over and over again. Summer of ‘23 we purchased a certified preowned Lexus. After driving it home(Seguin) I narrowly avoided an accident due to a bolt falling out of the brake caliper, which caused the brakes to fail because of work done to the car at the dealership. I am not sure, what happened the last 2 years at *******************************. The environment is toxic, the service is horrible and most recently incompetent. September 13, 2025. I took my 2025 RX 350 for front tire rim repair left it overnight, pick it up Saturday they said they weren't able to replace the tire rim as is hard to get and they were in back order so they had an outside company come and repair it look great everything was good. **************** follow up is very poor. We purchased a Lexus TX 500 H in cash. Almost 2 weeks later, we do not have the registration or the inspection sticker on the car. Now, we are afraid to drive the car for a long trip because we would get pulled over and ticketed for lack of registration and safety inspection sticker. Ive had my Lexus for 2 decades and always get it serviced at Lexus, in the last 6 years at Lexus Escondido. Service managers have always communicated directly with me by phone when I need to bring the car in for repair, not just general service like oil change. Bought a 2016 **** explorer from this location a little over a year ago due to recommendation from my mother-in-law. And had it shipped to *******************. First part is it took over 2 additional weeks to receive the vehicle that was quoted to me.
