I was over charged and was lied to from valya
We made a deal with them on a trade. We were very upfront that the vehicle we were trading had a bad rear end and they were fine with this. After they got the title to the truck we traded the calls started trying to get us to pay for the old truck repair. They finally admitted they didn't have proof on what they were claiming. Very shoddy business practices. I'm assuming they thought having 3 different men calling a female was going to get them a few extra bucks.

My husband and I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from Shottenkirk Chevrolet in Quincy Illinois on the first day when we drove it home we noticed that it was shimming so we called and told them. We had to take it back over within a few days for them to fix the a/c unit that they agreed to. We also asked them to check out what was making it shimmy. They advertise a ***** Traverse for $24000. They added $1800 for a refurbishing fee. They told us they did not have time to add it to the internet. They said they can take that price off it. They are taking advantage of people.
Brought a new truck and the financing fell through. They paid off my trade and kept it with no resolution yet on an unwind. I've had to file complaints with the the FTC and AG.
