I am from Kansas City and was in town for a wedding shower. I came to Shotgun Betty's with some friends and got a beer from the bartender. He told me $4 for the beer and I handed him a $20. He handed me back some bills and two quarters which confused me considering I owned him even bills. He gave me back $15.50.
