How do I put into words the awesomeness that is Shot Spot?!!! By far THE BEST customer service of any gun range I have ever been to. Every employee I met was smiling, happy and eager to help. Great choices. Competitive prices and friendly service. Was able to test fire before I had to make up my mind. That was a good idea to help customers get a feel for a gun they think they might like.
Looked at the gun I wanted at Shot Spot and then a few other stores. Came back here for the purchase because of the customer service I received from Russell Ives. He took his time and was very helpful in my selection. Shot Spot has a customer for life.
My husband and I visited Shop Spot for the first time. I was totally impressed with the professionalism, the friendly and very helpful employees and the facility. As a gun range this place was engineered top rate! I almost fainted when I saw the beautiful clothing available for sale as well. Clothing not to be found in average department stores!!! To top it off home cooking weekdays! I would highly recommend this place to go shoot, brouze and eat!!!
I have found my new Crack Store, And it's so close to home. They have the cutest clothes,accessories and of course anything you would ever want for your guns.
Great Staff. Awesome people with plenty knowledge, value and pride in there work.
They don't stand by their word or their products. I will not go there again. I was ripped off and they wouldn't make it right over a mere $70.
