Horrible! My wife came in for a routine eye exam and was strong armed to pay a second $50 copay for a contact lenses fee to get her prescription. Never explained this up front and they refuse to refund
I totally agree with the reviewer that claims that Dr. Cohen supports and never reprimands her downright rude and lying front line staff. The particular staff in question are: Cheryl, Tracy, and Lisa. They will not forward messages to Dr. Cohen, will lie about when a new eyeglass order will be ready or if incorrect will BS about why the glasses are wrong. Plus, their interpersonal skills are just plain rude. This place was much better when run by previous doctors.
Dr. Cohen is the best , as far I am concerned. Her staff and the total office has always been top notch in my point of view. The professionalism shown each time they are called upon is beyond total patience care. When my family and I come into the office we are always greeted with positivity, I find the prices of glasses to be fair and affordable, if you want quality and style it does have a price. I would recommend her and the well trained staff any day to family and friends.
Defends rude staff.
I was referred to Barenburg over 10 years ago and found them to be the best in eye care. My entire family receive expert quality care whenever its time for new glasses. I appreciate Dr Shoshana, she is the fliest and always has great conversations. Shout out to the lady's at the front desk and my girls who sizes me up for my new spectacle.
