Le doy un servicio de 5 porque el barbero es muy bueno en su trabajo leonés pero creo que el dueño debería estar más atento a la situación dentro porque ponen música muy alta no todos los clientes tienen que estar escuchando un tipo de música que todo es malas palabras donde van niños aunque no sepan español deberían respetar un poquito también mamás a pelar a sus niños creo que deberían mirar esas cosas Por parte de la muchacha de la recepción es muy amable y atenta un 10 para ella
Desde la recepción la muchacha de nombre Alexia es muy amable y un trato especial así como el barbero Dionis muy atento y un trabajo excelente

I was visiting West Palm Beach from out of town a few weeks ago and decided to try VIP Barbershop. Fernando was the barber available, but the experience was terrible. He was rude, stayed on his phone the entire time speaking Spanish, and rushed through my haircut in about five minutes. The haircut came out completely wrong. I expressed my concerns to the receptionist, and she was extremely polite and understanding. She even paid for the haircut out of her own pocket and gave my son a lollipop.
