Shorty Howell Park is a beautiful, well maintained park. It offers something for everyone. Nice walking trails for a peaceful stroll. 3 different playground for kids of all ages. Picnic area that people can rent for events with grills, lots of grassy ares where people can play with their kids or pets. They have losts of basketball/softball fields ( i counted 5 could be more. This park is maintained nearly daily and it shows. The path is clear even after a storm and there are plenty of appearances of deer and mixed birds. Generally a great loop to train or walk at.
