Nice and quiet park but management is non existent. Only management ive seen was someone from corporate and it was temporary. Was told position was filled months ago for the manager but have yet to receive any means of contact. This has been a ongoing issue since moving in. The rent is raising in price although the park doesn't offer any amenities and will more than likely continue going up. No other park is as expensive as this park and the park is in a flood zone.
Nice and quiet
I have been a resident for 3 and half years. The new manager, Mia, never walks around and does not seem motivated to do her job. Another words, she is lazy. Anyways, the entire park is in disarray. Grass is long, and they have residents putting cardboard numbers in their window. Lastly, they keep raising lot rent. Stay far away from here if you know what’s good for you.
