Was not impressed
Very friendly but found out a week later that what we asked them to do they didn't even though I had a conversation with the lady all about it, ended up having to YouTube how to fix it and do it ourselves. It is also extremely difficult to find. There is no signage. It is located in a building that says Mitsubishi Motors.
I went to the Suzuki service department to get an analysis on my daughter's vehicle that had the check engine light on. When I arrived there, the service manager, Nate and another employee stated the Analysis would cost me $100. They explained that the analysis would tell me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from one of the girls there letting me know that they had the results of the analysis. Had an airbag recall performed on an old Suzuki. The service writer was professional, the work was completed as scheduled, and the car was washed when returned to me. Thank you.
