We booked this place for our 7th anniversary as a long-distance couple. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the window next to the bed had a 3-inch gap, poorly patched with duct tape. The couch was broken, too. We informed the host and left after they assured us it would be fixed quickly. After lunch, with no updates, we returned to find nothing had been done.
