The bedsheets and pillows are covered in the previous tenants hair, they refuse to refund me. We had to move to another hotel, because we didn't want to stay in a bed covered in hair. Since it was already late at night, we couldn't reach anyone in time for them to fix the mistake and now they are trying to explain, that they have a non refund policy for cancelations. I don't see a valid complaint as a cancelation. This was a terrible experience
Convenient & close to everything. Very clean, safe & service was a text or phone call away.
Super sketch. Locked out multiple times. No physical address or phone number for property management company. None of the advertised amenities are actually here. Do not fall for this scam.
