We booked this place for our 7th anniversary as a long-distance couple. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the window next to the bed had a 3-inch gap, poorly patched with duct tape. The couch was broken, too. We informed the host and left after they assured us it would be fixed quickly. After lunch, with no updates, we returned to find nothing had been done. The bedsheets and pillows are covered in the previous tenants hair, they refuse to refund me. We had to move to another hotel, because we didn't want to stay in a bed covered in hair. Since it was already late at night, we couldn't reach anyone in time for them to fix the mistake and now they are trying to explain, that they have a non refund policy for cancelations. I don't see a valid complaint as a cancelation. This was a terrible experience
