RecommendedHad a great time staying with Matthew! He made my experience very enjoyable and had tons of information on little Italy and the City of Cleveland. Matthew also offer taxi rides to the airport and even the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western. I recommend him next time you every have to stay in the Cleveland area.

I came to Cleveland for a residency interview at Case Western. This is an amazing location in the heart of little italy, conveniently located to walk to Case Western Hospital. The room is very comfortable and the host is amazing and very responsive. Cheaper than AirBnB and hotels in the local area. Highly recommend for other interviewers or visitors to Case Western or Cleveland Clinic!
It’s amazing room rentals and home away from home... Mathew is adverting it on AirBnb for short stay, but when I arrived that place I could make the reservation in direct way so I saved a lot of money for this rent. Highly recommended this place and I would also stay here next time.... thanks a ton for all the love and care!
I came to cleveland for a rotation at university hospital. I stayed at this place during my time here. The best thing about the palace is its proximity to university hospital. Its in one of the best neighbourhood with great food and events. The host was very welcoming and gave me good instructions about the place, local places to shop and cheap places to eat. I would recommend this place to my friends.
Great location around fantastic restaurants. La Dolce Vita has amazing food and Live Opera that I wouldn’t miss!!!!

Amazing place to stay! Close to Cleveland Clinic (15 minutes by walking). Neighborhood is calm and have some good restaurants next to the building. Matthew is a great host!
