A friend surprised me with the Lavender White cake (gluten-free and vegan) this weekend and it was TO DIE FOR!! Best gluten-free cake I have ever had - I'm obsessed. Will definitely be having another one shipped to me in Columbia, SC soon! Yes, it is already almost gone. ;-)
