Highly recommend this amazing shop. Their whole family helps runs the business. It’s super clean and Anthony is so knowledgeable. My bus was having a crazy issue they got me in that day, fixed the alternator and had me on my way. Unfortunately that didn’t fix this reoccurring issue. Anthony took so much time and found the tiniest knick in a wire that was causing a grounding issue. This is the 2nd shop to look at this problem. The last shop had it for weeks and was only able to temporarily fix the issue. I’m so impressed and ... read more
I had an excellent experience at Short Stop Truck Repair and couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, quick, and kind. They not only replaced the radiator at my Freightliner truck, but also took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the work that was done. Their speed and attention to detail were top-notch, and I truly felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service. There are nice and friendly staff. But isn’t it too overpriced 130$ for 15 minutes work. They just checked transmission oil level and said: “Sorry it’s our minimum!” Also the lady at the checkout took a lot of time trying to push me some more service I didn’t need.
Easily the most trustworthy and reliable shop I have ever experienced. Great work ethic with a heart of gold. My vehicles will never go anywhere else. If you are looking for a reputable and reasonable shop with excellent customer service and genuine concern for you and your issue, you just found it.
Absolutely upstanding guys. I called at 8am on the dot, and they said bring it in. I was 5 miles away and swung in. I was in, fixed and gone within an hour. They all hopped on the truck and jammed it out. I can't say enough about this place. Extremely quick, knowledgeable and unbelievably fair rates. If you need anything worked on, I highly recommend them!
