Do not trust these guys. You can tell that you are just a number to them. You can only contact the property manager by email, so if you have a problem, there is no ability for negotiation. Just look at all the other reviews.
I lived under this company for little less than a year and they allowed me to go with out power for over five days and wouldn’t do anything to fix it. There was also a moment where they charged me rent for a month that I didn’t live there, because their office couldn’t get a lease together after talking to them for three months and they tried to evict me because it wasn’t paid. This company is a scam and won’t fix anything if you need it.
I’ve been handling Short South Realty Group properties for the past two years, providing both lawn care and snow removal. We’ve always had good communication, and they’ve always paid on time.
