This guy suck John Clark he’s no professional front dest lie we went to see the house we decide that we were gonna take it called front dest right away 9:am because I couldn’t reach him front dest notify me that she will email called her back in an hour she even said he’s working on the lease agreement 6 hours for waiting for him he text me the place is no longer available like what I was there first waiting on the lease agreement they lie and they just waste your time please don’t waste your time here

Very poor Property Management they Denied my Application And never gave me a reason but I’m glad they did seeing that they don’t uphold their end of the lease

Bad bad bad place to rent from. Had issues with my apartment flooding and I had to wait nearly a week until they came to look at it and take care of it. The washing machine has been broken down in the building for a couple of months now. They're a another hook up for two washers and dryers but yet they only have one of each!

Experience with Short South thus far has been excellent. Victor was communicative regarding the rental application process, and was understanding about our unique disposition. Kaley made the hour-plus drive here through bad weather, put in the extra effort to have our agreement finished the same day, and made sure the property was in its advertised condition.
