I live here now over 2 months. I saw a mouse in the living room early today morning. Disgusting.
The walls are paper thin and the managements doesn't take responsibility for it despite my numerous requests. They place large families on the second floor and don't require carpeting to muffle the noise. I'm on the first floor and being woken up every morning at 5.30am, this is ridiculous! they say the issue was taken care of yet nothing is changed.
Did not allow renewing of lease during March 2020 pandemic. Not truthful or direct in their communication about lead disclosure.
