Very kind and I felt at home.
This was my first—and definitely last—visit to this nail salon. The owner was not welcoming at all, and the overall atmosphere was cold and uninviting. The technician who did my pedicure was extremely rude and dismissive. I honestly couldn’t tell if she was just having a bad day or if her behavior was racially motivated, but either way, it was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. Terrible service cut my cuticle and still made me pay
I’m a very happy customer of Short Hills Nail Plaza and have been for over 11 years. Sunny, the owner is AMAZING, as are other girls there. The prices are more affordable than many other places around.
