I lived at this complex for two years. My experience started out well, however, I was really disappointed in the few months leading up to my move out. Unfortunately, the apartment management is not acting fairly. Some residents are given two free parking spots, while others are only allowed one. Those with connections receive special treatment, while others are frequently warned—even for guest vehicles. This is clear discrimination and goes against the principle of equality. Rules should be applied equally to everyone. In addition, the owner of the management company needs to seriously warn the office manager. If things continue this way, they will lose many tenants. I lived here over a year ago and it was perfectly pleasant. Maintenance was great (John) was a helpful and knowledgeable super and Jean (Apartment manager) was extremely accommodating.
