I am writing this feedback to formally express my deep disappointment with the discriminatory treatment I experienced from the property manager, Jean. Her focus is on having only white residents.I strongly felt that her behavior toward us was influenced by racial bias, as we are Asian and muslim, many of the residents in the community are also Asian.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure all current and future tenants are treated with respect and equality.

I lived here for 15 years and I am still here. The staff was amazing and helpful . Especially 2 of the staff Mr.John and Mr.Lewis. They were really helpful and respectful in a kindly mannered tone. Mr.John can speak many languages and that really helpful for us to understand. Thank you especially for those 2 staff!

I have lived at the apartment complex for several years. It is very family oriented and welcoming to young children. The staff is very responsive and respectful. They listen to your concerns and act quickly. The property manager if fair in applying the rules. Overall, I enjoy living there.

I lived at this complex for two years. My experience started out well, however, I was really disappointed in the few months leading up to my move out. There’s a level of professionalism I would expect from a large business but I never received that care from the only person that works there, Jean. For example, first winter I lived there, there was simply no heat until I made a big deal out of it.
