Harassing tenant, blatantly claiming mold in unit does not exist, refusing to refund rent for a place that was not only not move-in ready but was also MOLD INFESTED. Cursing at tenant and harassing from personal cell phones. Disgusting. Not even socially acceptable, much less professional. Terribly disappointed.
