Short Chef Coffee House & Bistro specializes in amazing cappuccinos, lattes and frap blends, as well as some amazing food! We serve some tasty and different burgers, such as the Feta & Roasted Tomato Burger or the Candied Jalapeño & Cream Cheese Burger! We also have a Rueben Sandwich that is out of this world, and a huge Gutbuster Sandwich. Breakfast is served all day, too! We have catered anywhere from 10 to 1,800 people in a day, so yes, we can, and we love to!

We went here for brunch and oh my goodness it exceeded all expectations! For starters, it was some of the best coffee I have ever had. The flavor of the day was Angel Mist which is a blend of chocolate and coconut, absolutely phenomenal. Everything is made fresh when ordered and you can really tell the difference.
