Terrible experience. Andy Short "borrowed" my house plans to complete the appraisal for my home under the promise he would return them the next week. I have been calling, texting and emailing him for 5 months to get my plans back. He has not responded to any form of communication. At this point, I just NEED MY PLANS BACK. These are original and the only set that I have. I am beyond frustrated by his lack of response. I would NOT recommend his service to anyone!
