Absolutely awful experience with Andy Short. He did the appraisal on a Monday and when the following Friday rolled around we had heard nothing from him. He was then called on Monday, a week after the appraisal and still nothing. We wanted it reassigned by this point and wanted a refund. We called higher up and demanded if he did not have it in by Tuesday then it would be reassigned and the money would be refunded for the next appraiser. Terrible experience. Andy Short "borrowed" my house plans to complete the appraisal for my home under the promise he would return them the next week. I have been calling, texting and emailing him for 5 months to get my plans back. He has not responded to any form of communication. At this point, I just NEED MY PLANS BACK. These are original and the only set that I have. I am beyond frustrated by his lack of response. I would NOT recommend his service to anyone!
