THEY IGNORED SAFETY REGULATIONS AND A SMALL FIRE STARTED IN PLOVER COTTAGE OVER AN UNSAFE METER THAT THEY AND THE HOME OWNER WERE WARNED ABOUT BUT THEY NEVER STOPPED RENTING THE UNIT PUTTING MULTIPLE LIVES AT RISK! TO ADD TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE, SMOKE DETECTORS WERE CHECKED AND THEY HAD OLD, NONWORKING BATTERIES FROM 2014! SEE TIME STAMPED AND DATE STAMPED PHOTOS ATTACHED. RecommendedOur family stayed at cottage west. Very clean and roomy. My son is in a wheelchair and he was able to navigate around the house very well. Owner was very quick to handle issues( leak in the ceiling after torrential rain). Would definitely stay there again. ❤️
We loved our stay at Packard’s Paradise! Great location. Super clean home. And we loved the pool! We will definitely be making a return visit.
Excellent property management company/people
We've rented from many agencies in Emerald Isle and Shorewood was one of the best - booking the rental was easy, when we needed something fixed during our stay they were responsive and quickly provided what we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
Darlene was extremely patient and helpful when we were looking to buy our first home! She made the whole experience exciting and easy, she was there to answer all our questions no matter what time. I would definitely recommend Darlene to anyone interested in finding their future home!
