Bought a home last year and shorewest was the rep for the seller. 2 things that the seller realtor didn't do correctly. One was just something minor and the other one completly affected our home experience the following year. 1. Realtor told us there was no key to the house but later brought us the house key after closing. 2. They forgot to inform the HOA that we are a part of that there were new home owners. Spent the next 10 months trying to get contact information on the HOA to be able to have acces to a lake + other bene... read more
