John was a wonderful and ethical businessman, I left a very high end laptop in one of his properties, but he had the courtesy to ship it back to me with no questions asked. Overall a very ethical and kind realtor. I'd do business with him again anytime.
Kelsey Eckert, in my opinion, is one of the most unprofessional unethical realtors I have ever encountered. She was acquired by my ex-husband to sell our property and upon initial contact did not do a formal introduction, treated me as a secondary owner (not co-owner & primary investor), repeatedly ignored my preferred times for viewings and requests to pause viewings due to special circumstances and as far as I am concerned breached her fiduciary responsibilities as a realtor. I work at this office and it is a wonderful and professional environment. There are a variety of agents, all independent contractors, but most of my colleagues are professional and skilled. The admin team and leadership are also responsive and helpful. Great location, convenient to most North Shore neighborhoods for closings and client meetings.
