Property manager told me that she would work with me on my deposit and would push my move in date back for next week but now all of a sudden she canceled my application. Told her that I have half of the deposit and would bring her the other half next week she agreed yesterday and then she calls me today and disagreed and canceled my application. These Apartments were accepting and worked with me during a difficult time. I would like some upgrades to be made but otherwise. Things have went well and Heidi has been very responsive to our request for repairs and concerns.
If you’re a contractor or considering doing business with this complex—don’t. Working with Heidi and this property has been an extremely disappointing experience. We completed the work as agreed, but payments have been delayed or outright ignored. Communication is unprofessional and unreliable, and they consistently avoid taking responsibility once the job is done. The people on here that are writing the good reviews about this place is people that Hedi the so called manager knows or she is doing it herself TRUST ME DO NOT FALL FOR THIS😡 DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT
Its a fat no for me I stayed there and it is very bad needs better management because she never pick up the phone the lights go out for no reason at all and they fixing people is not 24/7 she is a kind acter she has family members staying there for free or low price. I will not move here NO STARS
