This place is horrible. The property manager Heidi lies and they never fix things they just fix it for the time being. They have a rodent problem. The appliances are old and they get used ones and say they are new. The paint rubs off if you wash your walls down. I had to tell them I guess I’ll See them in court in order to get back my deposit. The apartment complex is not that bad in my experience but my only concern right now is all of the dog poop in the grass because when moving all of my furniture in I had to throw my bedframe away because it had dog poop on it. It just doesn’t make any sense.
This complex has helped me and my daughter with housing during a hard time thank you! And came right in time!
DO NOT RENT I REPEAT DONT RENT this complex is a scam I did a year lease and I couldn’t wait to move they are a scam this apartment will charge u for damages that where already there when u moved in they charged me for mold that was there when I got there when I told Heidi about it she did nothing she had her maintenance people paint over the mold she charged me $175 for a clean out when I left the apartment speak in Spain nothing in it.
