If you’re a contractor or considering doing business with this complex—don’t. Working with Heidi and this property has been an extremely disappointing experience. We completed the work as agreed, but payments have been delayed or outright ignored. Communication is unprofessional and unreliable, and they consistently avoid taking responsibility once the job is done. Its a fat no for me I stayed there and it is very bad needs better management because she never pick up the phone the lights go out for no reason at all and they fixing people is not 24/7 she is a kind acter she has family members staying there for free or low price. I will not move here NO STARS
I am so disappointed in this property I was supposed to move in this complex Nov 15th but I can’t move in until Nov 22nd Now I have paid this property 1,425 dollars for a deposit and 1,000 for my first months rent now my rent is supposed to be prorated in December which will be half of what the rent is the property manager told me that she had already prorated my rent for November which is a lie cause I gave u 1,000 dollars for a full month so where is it prorated so now she saying I’ll have to pay 1,000 more dollars for Dec... read more
I am appalled what type of professional business or place of business responds to customers reviews the way this place does. I actually believe these people and their experiences, everyone is not going to be saying the same thing with one common denominator. I see all professionalism went out the window when people started complaining. Truly sad! But every female dog has their day! 🤷♀️
