Maintenance has always been very timely after I put in a request. They recently came to do a preventive maintenance inspection in preparation for the winter and the maintenance guy was very mindful about taking his shoes off after entering and cleaning up any messes made during repairs. I really appreciated it!
After completing my 9 month lease at Shoreview I can confidently recommend living here to anyone. Jenna, at the office, is absolutely fantastic. Very prompt, thorough and kind. The staff is consistently putting together free events for tenants and any maintenance issues are handled swiftly. The surrounding area, parking lots, and buildings felt so incredibly safe, I never worried about my packages being stolen, car being broken into or my personal safety.
