With affordable rent, friendly staff, and a great location in a safe, walkable neighborhood with plenty of natural surroundings, this place is perfect for those who work or study at U of M! What makes it even more comfortable is the staff. The ladies working at the leasing office have been extremely supportive, responsive and helpful since our first visit here. Cheap rent, good location and overall a very decent apartment for students to live in. Very close to the bus stops and the pool is a nice added amenity.
Recently moved to shore view and we are loving it! Maintenance is very nice and responds to requests quickly. The property is always clean and everyone is nice, including residents and management. Would definitely recommend living here, it is also very pet friendly and in a great neighborhood!
The apartments are great and the staff is even better. Highly recommended!
