We did all our shore trips on a Caribbean Cruise with this company. We choose them because they offered the most off-the-beaten path options of any shore trip company we looked at. They were awesome. I’m sorry to see so many 1 star reviews by people who evidently lost money because they didn’t buy trip insurance. It’s not fair to blame this company for your own short-sightedness.

We booked all our Excursions through this Company. Over $5800 worth for a family of four. Unfortunately our flights were canceled and we could not make it to Alaska for our cruise. I phoned Shoretrips and let them know this and that we would not be able to take the excursions. She said to put it in writing, email them. I did exactly what they said, gave them booking numbers, tour dates, etc. It's been 12 days and not a word from them. Booked a trip pre-covid, of course never got a refund. Tried to be understanding, requested a credit but they couldn't do that. Time for ShoreTrips to go-under. Do NOT trust them with your money! Book through the cruiseline. Might be $40 more, but at least you know you won't be left hanging.
