This is our first year renting and I am so glad we found SSR. Both Maria and Chris Kirk have been so responsive and encouraging throughout our process. We are thrilled to say that with their guidance and our condo's location, we have 21 reservations for our first season!

I can not recommend SSR enough! As an owner, it has saved me thousands of dollars while allowing me to directly work with the potential tenants and learning who I invite into my home. I have left VRBO/HomeAway due to ridiculous fees that were charged to myself and my renters. Maria and her team provide excellent tools, reminders, and marketing material included in your membership. Booked through Shore Summer Rentals this year, made things very easy. Our condo was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, games and the feeling of home. We had every thing for the beach, chairs, buggie board, cart and outside games. Pool had a big grass area for the kids to play and the two car parking spots were a real bonus.
