Came in for my first appointment to establish care with Dr. Majjhoo and after years of feeling like I’m not being heard and feeling like a burden to my doctors today I actually felt heard. I did not feel like a number or like I was being talked down to. He even asked ME if I had questions which is almost unheard of in some practices these days.
As a new patient, called to schedule an appointment and had to wait 2 months before we could get in. Week before appointment, received a phone call telling us doctor had an “emergency” come up on our appointment date and needed to reschedule. They were looking at another 6-8 weeks out for next appointment. Chose to not schedule another appointment and looked for another doctor. Very disappointed with the entire situation.
I have been extremely sick since January. I went to the er. Hospital couldn’t find out what was wrong they suggested i see a rheumatologist. I had made appointments before i went but the appointments was 3 months out. Daric muller saw my chart and saw me immediately. This man saved my life the disease was attacking my organs. He’s very nice and pays attention to his patients, he listens and knows exactly what to do. I like to thank him because i could have died. Staff there is amazing. I've changed my 5 star rating to 1 star due to their new policy! My insurance does not require referrals but this establishment recently has! WHAT A SCAM! You have to go to your doctor for a referral, pay for a office visit & co-pay to him, then go to Shores Rheumatology and again pay an office visit and co-pay! Talk about playing the system! It's no wonder this establishments ratings have dropped within the last year! Furthermore, their office staff is as unprofessional as they come!
Horrible staff, the lady with glasses and long gray hair was the most abrasive, unpleasant and unapproachable person I've ever encountered and has no business in customer service or nursing in any way. There are many other fine choices out there who take Rheumatology seriously.
