I've changed my 5 star rating to 1 star due to their new policy! My insurance does not require referrals but this establishment recently has! WHAT A SCAM! You have to go to your doctor for a referral, pay for a office visit & co-pay to him, then go to Shores Rheumatology and again pay an office visit and co-pay! Talk about playing the system! It's no wonder this establishments ratings have dropped within the last year! Furthermore, their office staff is as unprofessional as they come!
Horrible staff, the lady with glasses and long gray hair was the most abrasive, unpleasant and unapproachable person I've ever encountered and has no business in customer service or nursing in any way. There are many other fine choices out there who take Rheumatology seriously.
Called in August for an appointment, earliest available was mid December. At my appointment Dr Majjhoo was very nice and polite. Ordered blood work and MRI. Got those done within 2 weeks but next appointment wasn't until mid February. Came back, was told blood work all normal expect high levels of inflammation. Gave me 4 weeks sample of a drug. No explanation on what it was, side effects or how to take it. Told me to (and I quote ) " go home and deal with the pain " then called me a liar and said I was changing my story rega... read more
Had a referral, waited 30 days and had to call them. Receptionist was so rude,told me that my symptoms would not get me into this place.
