Very disappointed! Still waiting on a neurology referral. I was sent to a physical therapist with an incorrect diagnosis today. Had to call for my blood results. Told a doctor a year ago I was having a hard time walking. Have to go back again Thursday to say it all over again.
This office is a joke! All office staff personnel are very unprofessional and rude. They don't care about patients. Call into the office for refills on needed medication a week prior to running out and they tell you they didn't get the authorization request. The pharmacy sends over a request (twice) and no response. You call their office and they are rude to you. Then they hang up on you. THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER. THEY NEED TO REPLACE THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF.
Having major problems getting through to make an appointment since Saturday, phone lines must be down? Need to get an appointment with you guys :-)
