Ms. Well Mike J., I think you are totally incorrect. I've been going to that store since it's opened and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The Owner is very knowledgable and my husband and I let him do all the talking because he knows what he's talking about! Unlike Pool Town. He can clear any pool no matter what kind of condition it is in, never sells you something that he feels you don't need (saves you $), will ALWAYS have you check a part on your pool cleaner, pool, filter system, etc... before he sells you something or... read more
Shores Pool & Spa Supplies is the best pool store I have every been in. There was a review posted in June, 2013 by some schmuck that downed the pool store. I just was in there because I had a problem with my pump. Instead of taking my $1,000+ he told me to go home and check something out first. Well, guess what? Didn't have to spend a $1.00. Hole in the wall with rude employees Only went in because my other store was very busy. My first impression was the store felt like it was very outdated and the prices seemed inflated the guy at the counter acted as he knew everything and barley let me say one word. Last time I shop here no matter how busy Pooltown is
I have been here several times and Glen is the best. The service is always friendly and they know what they are talking about. As far as the review by this "John M" guy; it is either fake or he is just one of those guys who cannot be satisfied. We all know a John M, he is the neighbor who thinks he knows it all and really doesn't. He obviously went to the store for answers and did not like the one he got and got mad. Shores Pool Supplies Weve found this is the lowest price place to get our pool supplies. We needed a new liner for our pool and we called around. Shores Pool was lowest price and that was the first time we had gone there. We liked them so much we went back when we needed a new filter and a winterized cover. Weve also bought our pool ladder and solar cover from them. Well make trips there just to get our chlorine. Every time weve been there weve had no problems. Its a great place at a great price with friendly service.
I love this place! I like the store, the people are always friendly and very helpful. Also one of the few companies that still gives a Military discount,..that's a bonus in of itself, in this economy. Even without the discount, the prices are comparable to other stores. I don't go anywhere else.
What'd he say? I went in here just one time and left right away after being told i had no idea what i was doing to my pool which i've owned for twenty years . I'd find it hard to believe anyone visits this store
