Dr Gourdin in very knowledgeable and kind. He kept me well informed and pleasantly addressed all of my concerns. Procedure was easy and painless. I would recommend Dr Gourdin to anyone looking for a wonderful GI physician.
I am in my 20's and had never been to a GI doctor until a couple months ago. I was really nervous but Dr. Noble was extremely nice and understanding. He really listened to me and asked about all my symptoms. By the end of the appointment I felt like I was in good hands and he assured me he would work with me until my GI issues were solved. I had an endoscopy done a few days ago and he did a great job, he made sure to explain the results to my mom and will follow up with me in a month.
Dr. Shores provides care for my elderly mother-in-law. It is often a challenge to see older people in an office because of their memory problems, lengthy medication lists, or visual or hearing deficits. Dr. Shore was incredibly patient, never betraying any impatience or a need to rush. He was willing to be flexible and try a different approach when the standard one wasn't working.
I was referred by my primary doctor. The person who called me to set up for screening colonoscopy was rude and very impatient. She did not listen to me and was more concerned about running out the door at 1 pm on Friday which is when they close. I canceled the appnt and will see services elsewhere. They are worst than MUSC GI department. My impression is that this is a cattle call, cash maker for this offices as they are pushing colonoscopies on everyone.
EXCELLENT DOCTOR AND STAFF!! He really listens to you and made me feel completely at ease with the procedure I was having done . Excellent bedside manner and his staff was awesome!!
