This place has absolutely poor service and is flat out rude. We walked in off of a recommendation from a local person. We met with a salesman who told us what info we needed to get (serial #, model #) for our fireplace unit, and they would be able to get us a quote in a few days. Great - so we go home, get the info and call back an hr later and give the details and our cobtact information to the sales staff. We are sorry that the gentleman that took your info did not document your contact number. We did research tour question and was able to provide that immediately. You greeted us aggressively and agree that is a good idea that you find another company.
Not very responsive to issues. Rude on telephone when called to find out status for repairs on unit they installed. Would not recommend.
I applied there for a job 3 weeks prior said will call in 2 weeks. Get call make you wait another week for interview I show up their not there to interview. Very disrespecting attitude towards possible employee red flag there get text message saying sorry we are busy. Just lazy in my opinion also job only pays $12/ hour no incentives or bonus. Shores BBQ is fabulous. Aaron and Erin personally drove to Grand Rapids and repaired my fireplace. They went above and beyond to take care of us. The fireplace was looking as if it were brand new. Thank You so much. We highly recommend Shores Fireplace & BBQ.
