We have been residents at The Shores for a year and enjoyed it quite a bit. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to any problems we report. It is reasonably priced for Boulder county, clean, safe,and quiet. We are planning to stay here for the foreseeable future. Rich and Becky Laird
These apartment people are very rude
It's a really nice view and location in longmont (you're pretty much in lyons) with a nice walk to the lake. It's tucked away from everything and quiet. I moved because it was expensive and it wasn't as secure as I wanted it to be. The staff is friendly and helped me get the unit quick. However, there is some form of issue in which the complex is playing cat and mouse with some criminal. In my time there, I had some furniture taken from my door and my storage area broken into. I lived at The Shores for 14 years, left for 11, now back. I always knew I’d move back here due to the wonderful location, views, lake walks, nice neighborhood and great staff. The community is safe, beautifully kept up and the parking is easy with wide spaces (my car appreciates that!) So glad to be able to secure an apartment again that is perfect for me.
I have called the Shores my home for the past 5 years and have been extremely happy here. My neighbors are respectful and friendly. The views of the mountains are incredible and I enjoy walking to the lake with my dogs. Whenever my apartment needs any maintenance, Don and David are amazing! They handle everything quickly and professionally. The office staff is welcoming and always available to help. I truly love living here!
