The location is wonderful!. The bldg is so pretty and clean , parking is easy and management is great ! Bonus .. cat and dog friendly!

We lived at ShorePointe for 3 years and absolutely loved it! The building is very well maintained with new appliances and LOTS of space. The property manager, Tim, is great to work with and very responsive and maintenance, Steve, is wonderful as well if there are any issues. The location is perfect as it's near some restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach. Highly recommended!!
