I had two appointments with counselor EM who was fine. Neither she nor the practice ever gave me contact information for her. No phone number or email. Very hard to get in contact with an actual person there let alone your counselor. At our last appointment she told me she was going to follow up with me about getting a permanent schedule set at which point I have been ghosted. Not a great feeling when you are obviously already struggling with something.
I’m so happy with my choice in going to Shorepointe!! Liz is a wonderful therapist. So easy to talk to!!!

My review is the same as the other parent. Maybe we had the same counselors? My 14 yo daughter saw Jules and Ashley. I initially chose Ashley because she’s younger and I thought that my daughter could connect with her. She gave no feedback that was helpful. We tried again with Jules. Jules works a very limited schedule “forgot” about our appointment then called off 2 more times. No offer to come in in her “off day”.
