Clean and well managed property with accessible staff for questions. The location of the Shorepine properties are interesting tucked behind high sand dunes, so there's not a direct view of the water, but a wonderful wooden ramp has been provided to the top of the dunes, and one can go over & down to the gorgeous beach. The properties are within a mile of downtown Pacific City which offers all of the basic needs Without the chinzy trinket/souvenir shops. It's still feels like a mostly summer tourist town, but a Real town.
Michelle Bernard was wonderful to work with. Her attention to detail made the process of buying our condo straight forward and uncomplicated. When I asked questions she did the research to find the answers. Everyone she referred us to for services was equally easy to work with. I would recommend Michelle to any one looking to buy property on the Central Oregon Coast.
Michelle was personable and very knowledgeable about coastal properties. She worked diligently to help us find our dream home. She made us feel like part of her family. We loved working with her!
I feel truly blessed to be a part of Century21 & Shorepine Properties. They are a group of the most professional and dedicated women. I learn every day from my mentor Becky Kirkendall and am grateful for such a beautiful place to work.
