RecommendedWorkouts are great! Trainers always switch it up to target different parts of the body and keep things interesting. Meal plan was simple to follow and includes foods you actually want to eat! Staff is supportive and will work with you to achieve your goals.

This team of trainers is amazing. They are very helpful in making sure you understand the program give advise and even go out of the way to evaluate you if an underlying problem is brought to light. I honestly can say I trust this group to help keep me on a successful path to meet my goals!

So grateful to find this place! I was an athlete my whole life. Played D1 basketball and track n field. Working out was my world. Like most , life happens and the gym slipped through the cracks for me. Getting back into it was difficult mentally. I was diagnosed with Lyme about a month ago. I just always felt exhausted. Shore Movements is a great place to detox and gain new perspective. Results are guaranteed if you commit to yourself and surrender to the advice and motivation from the trainers. Mike, Hunter, Sage, and Kelly do an amazing job! I feel great and have a new outlook on self-care.
It’s a great Gym, I love the fact that it feels like every workout you, you have your private lesson. They really help you do it right.
Shore Movements has amazing trainers as well as members. Everyone has different fitness goals and the trainers really tailor to each person perfectly even in group settings. Having had injuries from sports each trainer was great modifying workouts to be just as effective but without risking further injury which I’ve rarely found with trainers from other gyms.
