I called this local business to request a quote for work I needed done on my split system heat pump. I was interested in finding a long term company to perform any work needed in the future as we just purchased a house in the area. Our HVAC system is still under warranty. I purchased a 191VAN unit with full install and service plan. It stopped producing cold air just a few days after installation. I called them and they immediately came out and fixed it. Then, a few days later, it stopped working again. I noticed some tape on the copper pipe where i think there was supposed to be solder. I called them again and they came out again, fixed it again, and put different tape on it. It stopped working again. Finally I called another HVAC company. Honesty, integrity and professionalism. Sam and Jackson were completely honest about our not needing a new heating & hvac system. I will use their services only from now on.
I was very impressed with the service that I received from Shorely Comfortable Air! Same day service, very professional and extremely nice. They addressed my concerns and answered all of my questions. They cleaned the coils and got my AC draining properly again. The house smells much better. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Their prices were very reasonable. I’m so happy that I will only use their services in the future. No more shopping around! Thanks again
