1 Star is one too many. I was a carryover customer from EZ Bead which was a great store. Beadscope, on the other hand is quite the opposite. The Indian woman who says she's the owner is EXTREMELY RUDE and does not seem to understand the meaning of customer service. She is extremely rude and bad-mannered, was very short with me, discourteous and aggressive beyond comprehension. I was treated very poorly on so many levels. The Indian woman that co-owns this place is one of the most rude I've ever encountered. She follows you around like you're going to steal, acts like she's inconvenienced by your presence in the store, and waits for her partner to leave the building to further her rudeness. I REFUSE TO SHOP HERE and recommend Blue Santa Beads in Media, PA, for your creations. I frequently shop at Beadscope, and have found the owners to be very pleasant and helpful. They are also very creative, and I have gotten a lot of good ideas from them.

Well it looks like I was the only one with a terrible experience with this store. I went to this store to make a simple necklace but never made one before. I asked for some advice and the clerk was very rude. She seemed as though she had better things to do, but I was the only person in the store at the time. That will be my last time there.

Actually if there was a zero star rating I'd give it that. I went into this store last week to ask for help attaching a bracelet someone had made there to a current bracelet that I have with my other chlldrens names. I had called for details on their location and that's where the rudeness started. When I arrived at the store, I approached the counter and felt as though the person on the other side of the counter would rather not help me. visit on Aug 28, woman on duty was unpleasant and not helpful. there was a couple of ladies beading and i watched, than I was told that i was interupting a class and it was not appreciated. your clerk could have asked me if i would be interested and have a sample ready for me to work on, and available for questions.I would have paid for supplies or kit there were only 4 people in the whole store. clerk, 2 ladies and myself. sad that the bead store that was there went out of business, there they were helpful and willing to wo... read more
