Good luck scheduling a visit called several times to schedule an appointment on several different times of the day and nobody ever answers. Honestly this used to be my go to office for my glasses but with not being able to get someone to answer I haven't been able to schedule an appointment for several years. Answer your phones people it's part of your jobs

I went to get new prescription lenses and was told they had a new lab, so I would need to give them my frames for two weeks in order to make them. I didn’t need or want a new frame. I also can’t see without my glasses. I purchased a new frame so that I could get the new lenses. 6 months later I scratched a lense & was told I needed to send in the frames… AGAIN!! Either the new lab is incompetent or they’re just trying to steal our money!!
Just called to schedule a standard eye exam for my young children. Because the Dr's are Opthamalogists they state and stress it "MIGHT" BE a medical visit. But my teens and preteen has NO requirements. I was an a b o certified optician for 30 years.and staff was extremely delusional
