Just called to schedule a standard eye exam for my young children. Because the Dr's are Opthamalogists they state and stress it "MIGHT" BE a medical visit. But my teens and preteen has NO requirements. I was an a b o certified optician for 30 years.and staff was extremely delusional
Could not schedule until 3 months out to get eye exam appointment. I get to office to see Dr Reed, and Zoe at front desk said they had not verified my insurance, and that is my responsibility, not theirs. I did not want to pay $350 out of pocket with insurance; I said I would have verified it before I scheduled. They had me sit to side while I called insurance company. I love them. But it is nearly impossible to call and get someone in the glasses department without leaving a message and waiting hours. Even when I have a simple question. It's extremely frustrating. I have been in enough to know they are not slammed with patients getting glasses.
