Over the years my experience with shoreline vision is great they are very friendly and they take the concerns of their patients seriously. And they have answered all my questions that I had and I'm glad they did because now I have a better understanding of what was going on.

Dr. Faccin was very thorough and efficient. Unfortunately, Shoreline’s scheduling only gets one star, if any. On a very bad winter day, with slide offs and accidents, we went to three different offices due to scheduling mistakes. Only the Grand Haven office apologized for the errors.
