I was a new client and was very pleased with services. After making the appointment they kept in touch with reminders, and sent a good faith estimate. The check-in was fun. We joked and laughed. The tech was very professional and we had some laughs. She was thorough with explaining what she was going to do, also while she was doing it. Very friendly environment. Everyone seemed to be happy and helpful.
Staff did an amazing job with my 4 year old making her feel comfortable and safe during her eye exam and helping her feel included while picking out her new glasses.(Sherman location)
