I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received from everyone involved. From Mr. Jackson at the front desk to the nursing and surgical team, every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable both before and after my procedure. My worst surgery experience ever, and I've had 7. From the grumpy person who greeted me upon entry, to an anesthesiologist who injured my vocal cord, to a discharge nurse who scolded me for not breathing hard enough to get my oxygen saturation up when it was just that pulse oximeter needed repositioning, it was just a horrible day all around. I had cataract surgery on September 19, 2024 at Shoreline Outpatient Surgery Center in Guilford, CT. I want to thank the entire team of professionals who treated me, from the receptionist to the surgeon Dr. Teng. I felt cared for and supported from the first moment. The facilities are very comfortable and very clean. If I had to give an academic grade, it would be an A+ (Excelent performance).
