Took me 2 months until he told me to come in to get my tires changed, but I have to be there early in the morning to get my bike back same day. I took the day off of work and I showed up at 6am for his employee to tell me if I wanted the good news or the bad news (he had the front but not the back tire) and his only employee was working on his own bike on the lift. Three months ago, I left a fairly generous review. Since then, I've become increasingly disappointed. My wife brought her BMW 750GS in to Chris (Dwain was again away!) for what she thought would be the usual routine annual service and ended up with a $763 bill that included work that appeared unnecessary, including spark plug replacement. What really frustrates me is that less than three months and fewer than 1,000 miles later, the chain is heavily rusted (see picture attached). Dwain has been very helpful over the past few years, but recent experiences have been frustrating enough to justify this less-than-stellar review. Dwain does solid work when available, but since he has another job and is often away, timing can be a real issue—especially if you’re trying to get your bike ready during March Madness or the Masters.
