I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Shoreline Sales, a used car dealership. Within the first week of purchasing a vehicle from them, the air conditioning compressor failed, the thermostat stopped working, and now the car intermittently won’t start at all. Great deals, service and staff.
I unfortunately can not leave a zero star review but I ABSOLUTELY would if I could!! I DO NOT recommend this business what so ever. Although the manager was good to deal with for the most part, the owner is a complete joke of an individual. I was sold a vehicle that should have never been on the lot. I was told the business was going to fix the issues I was having since I didn’t even have the car a week before they started. If I could leave zero stars I would! Figured being in the customer service industry theyd want to keep their customers happy, but I guess not.
Friend is buying a car through here. He makes his payments on time and they continually try to take money off his card at least 3 times a day and they are reposessing his car. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE THEY WILL ROB YOU.
