Update 10/31/25….i originally rated them as 3 stars hoping to get them to respond to our inquiries about buying a Jeep Wrangler BUT they do not respond by e-mail, telephone Or facebook marketplace. I can now see why carfax shows the Jeep being on their lot for 11 months….its obviously not for sale My son and grandson are looking for a Jeep Wrangler with a manual transmission but we’re having a very tough time getting someone who can help us here but we are interested
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Shoreline Sales, a used car dealership. Within the first week of purchasing a vehicle from them, the air conditioning compressor failed, the thermostat stopped working, and now the car intermittently won’t start at all. Despite these serious issues occurring almost immediately after purchase, Shoreline Sales has refused to stand behind their vehicle or offer any meaningful support or resolution. Great deals, service and staff.
I unfortunately can not leave a zero star review but I ABSOLUTELY would if I could!! I DO NOT recommend this business what so ever. Although the manager was good to deal with for the most part, the owner is a complete joke of an individual. I was sold a vehicle that should have never been on the lot. I was told the business was going to fix the issues I was having since I didn’t even have the car a week before they started.
