I needed a trailer for my 18.5' motorboat and was referred to Darren by a family member who had a great experience sourcing sailboat parts. Darren made it easy - the trailer arrived quickly - and he went above and beyond at pick-up to make sure I had everything I needed to hit the road safely. Great customer service! Despite prolonged delivery times due to COVID19, Darren was excellent in keeping me updated and was proactive in developing alternatives. Darren even arranged a UShip courier when the cross-border delivery was problematic due to travel restrictions, and worked to get the Laser Pico boat to us as soon as physically possible. Good price and service is what you look for when making such a purchase. Hope to have many years of fun with the Pico and will be in touch when upgrading.
